Our Vision

A better Tanzania For Children, Women and Youth to thrive.

Our Mission

To promote children’s rights and youth competences through knowledge sharing, inspiring positive behaviour, capacity building and empowerment.

Target Groups

Children

We focus on children because they are the foundation of tomorrow, deserving a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment to grow and learn. Investing in their wellbeing, education, and protection ensures a generation prepared to build a just and thriving society.

Women

We focus on women because when women thrive, families and communities prosper. Providing them with education, resources, and equal opportunities breaks cycles of poverty and promotes lasting social and economic development.

Youth

We focus on youth because they are the driving force of change, capable of shaping a better future when equipped with knowledge, skills, and opportunities. By nurturing their potential, we empower them to become leaders, innovators, and advocates for positive transformation in their communities.

Key Areas of Focus

Transforming Life focuses on key thematic areas that empower children, women, and youth to thrive in a safe, inclusive, and equitable society. Our work spans education, gender equality, child protection, youth empowerment, leadership, digital literacy, and climate change action to inspire lasting positive change in communities.

Girls’ Education

We champion equitable access to quality education for girls, ensuring they have the tools, confidence, and opportunities to thrive academically and socially. By investing in girls’ education, we help break cycles of poverty and empower future leaders.

Gender Equality & GBV Prevention

We advocate for a society where everyone, regardless of gender, enjoys equal rights and opportunities. Through education and community engagement, we work to prevent gender-based violence and promote respect and inclusivity.

Child Protection and Safeguarding

We work to create safe, nurturing environments where children are protected from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our approach promotes children’s rights and prioritizes their well-being in families, schools, and communities.

Youth Empowerment

We equip young people with the skills, resources, and opportunities they need to shape their own futures. Through mentorship and capacity-building, we foster self-reliance and active citizenship.

Leadership & Life Skills

We nurture leadership qualities and essential life skills that prepare individuals to lead with integrity, vision, and empathy. Our programs encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and responsible decision-making.

Digital Literacy, Soft Skills and Mentorship Program

We bridge the digital divide by equipping youth with technological competence, communication skills, and workplace readiness. Mentorship connects them to role models who inspire growth and guide their career pathways.

Climate Change Awareness & Action

We raise awareness on the impacts of climate change and promote sustainable environmental practices. By engaging communities in action, we help protect natural resources for present and future generations.
